Jan & Ivan Willis have a life long love of animals, and have owned and run the Howick Boarding (& breeding) Cattery for the past 14 years.  At the beginning of October this year they bought "All About Pets", the well known pet centre and grooming salon at 370 Onehunga Mall Road, Onehunga.   Streamlining the business to ensure customers can access products and services more effectively has been their first priority.  Another major priority was to install air conditioning for the comfort of their pets and staff.  They believe that excellent customer service is the hallmark of a good business.   To this end they will go out of their way to get things for people.  This includes making contact with pet breeders to source specific breeds wherever possible, as well as partiular brands of pet foods, toys or equipent.  Of course, all the recognised brands of consumables are available.  Also, if you purchase your pet  -  be it a rabbit, guinea pig, puppy, kitten, bird or fish  -  from All About Pets, you can rest assured that it will have been vet checked and vaccinated (where appropriate) before you take it home.  Puppies and Kittens come with a guarantee and initial free insurance.

 The friendly and knowledgable staff at All About Pets can guide you through the wide range of stock available to find the best products and services for your pets.  They can often help with any problems you may be experiencing with your pet or give advice on dietary requirements.

Our current Pet Groomer is trained in to a very high standard, and can give you sound advice on how best to manage your pet's grooming requirements. She is also a qualified Vet Nurse so can advise on other problems.
